State-of-the-art measuring and testing equipment for large Castings ensure the quality of our components, such as spectrometry, and various destructive and non-destructive testing methods.
Additionally, we use a computer-aided 3D-measuring machine, as well as measuring equipment to check the component geometry. A part of our quality assurance strategy are the technical simulation calculations for the Castings in advance of the production. These simulations enable us to avoid errors both actively and proactively. The manufacturing processes themselves are systematically monitored by a wide variety of measuring and testing systems as part of statistical process control. This way we can always and increasingly improve the quality of our productions.
